Cookie policy
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies gonexo.io uses, and how you control them. It complies with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the GDPR. The site is run by Jklausen Holding S.L. (NIF B56431364), Calle Don Quijote 4, 29639 Benalmádena (Málaga), Spain.
Your choice
Only necessary cookies are used until you decide. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you accept them, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. When you withdraw it, we remove those cookies from your browser.
We ask again after 12 months, or sooner if this policy changes in a way that affects your choice.

| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary · always on | |||
| nexo_consent | nexo | Stores your cookie choice (local storage) | 12 months |
| nexo_lang | nexo | Remembers the language you picked (local storage) | Until you clear it |
| Analytics · only with your consent | |||

| _ga_<ID> | Keeps the state of your current visit | 2 years | |
| Marketing · only with your consent | |||
| _fbp | Meta | Identifies the browser to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram ads | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta | Stores the ad click that brought you here | 3 months |

Google Consent Mode
We use Google Consent Mode v2 in its basic form. Our tags run through Google Tag Manager, which is not loaded until you accept analytics or marketing cookies, so until then nothing is sent to Google or Meta. Google Analytics runs only if you accept analytics, and the Meta Pixel only if you accept marketing. If you accept analytics but not marketing, Google receives no advertising signals.
Third parties and transfers
Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. process this data. Both may transfer it to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Their own policies explain how they use it: Google and Meta.
In the nexo application
The nexo application (app.gonexo.io) uses the cookies needed to keep you signed in. It also asks you once whether you want to help improve nexo with usage analytics (PostHog, EU region). Until you answer, and if you decline, it stores nothing in your browser for analytics: it counts visits and clicks anonymously, without identifying you. Only if you allow it does PostHog store the following. You can change your answer at any time in Settings › Account & security; turning it off forgets you in that browser.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| ph_<project>_posthog | PostHog | Recognises your browser for usage analytics (cookie and local storage) | 12 months |
| __ph_opt_in_out_<project> | PostHog | Remembers your answer in this browser (local storage) | Until you clear it |
| ph_<project>_* | PostHog | Keeps the current visit together (session storage) | Until you close the tab |
Blocking cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary storage, the site may forget your language and ask about cookies on every visit.
