You take everything with you. Ask, and we send you a copy of your data in a standard format such as CSV or JSON, within 30 days.

Do I have to move my data myself?
No. We move your data over with you as part of onboarding. You tell us where it lives today and we bring it in together.
Will my contacts get emails they didn’t sign up for?
No. Imported contacts don’t receive newsletters unless you mark that they agreed to marketing email from you.
What does it cost to switch?
Nothing. Moving is part of the founding programme, and the first six months are free.
