How the AI works

AI that drafts. You send.

nexo reads each enquiry, fills in the buyer's details and drafts a reply in their language. No reply goes out until you have read it and pressed Send.

What it does

The typing, done before you open it.

Fills in every enquiry

Name, phone, language, budget and the property they asked about, read from the email. It suggests; you confirm.

Drafts the reply in their language

A German buyer gets a draft in German, a Swede in Swedish. You read it, change what you like, and send.

Summarises and translates what comes back

A long reply in Dutch becomes three lines you can read between viewings.

Matches buyers to listings

Reads what each buyer asked for (area, budget, bedrooms, must-haves) and ranks the listings that fit. You choose what to send.

What it never does

Three lines we don't cross.

It never sends on its own.

Every AI reply is a draft. A person reads it and presses Send, every time.

It never trains on your data.

Your emails and chats are not used to train AI models, and our providers are not allowed to either.

It never takes orders from an email.

Email text is screened for hidden instructions before the AI sees it, and what it writes is still only a draft you read.

Languages

The languages your buyers write in.

The draft follows the buyer. You can always read it in yours.

FAQ

What owners ask us.

Can it send a reply without me?

No. The AI only writes drafts. A person in your agency reads each one and presses Send.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. nexo does not use your data to train AI models, and does not allow its providers to. OpenAI processes text for the features you use, with storage of requests turned off.

What if the draft is wrong?

Change it, or write your own. The draft is a starting point, never a decision.

Where is my data stored?

In nexo’s database in the European Union. Email attachments are stored with Cloudflare.
